Our Holistic Wellness sessions offer a deeply focused, one-on-one space tailored entirely to you, your experiences, and your goals. With dedicated attention and a safe, confidential environment, you’re able to go deeper into your wellbeing and growth, receiving the support you need to transform with intention and lasting impact.

When a couple wants to book a Holistic Wellness Coaching session for relationship improvement, please note that each person must have attended at least 3 Personal Holistic Wellness Coaching sessions with Desiree to work on self-reflection, self-awareness, self-accountability, and self-responsibility. After the 3 personal sessions, if and when each one feels ready, we can come together to work on the relationship.

Our private group Sound Bath is designed to hold space for people to come together in a safe, supportive environment where healing and personal growth can unfold through shared experience. By connecting with friends, family members or colleagues, participants gain not only guidance and tools but also a sense of community, support, and encouragement that deepens the process.
